Wow that is different. The guy is obviously very talented. I absolutely hate to waste food of any kind though. I am just curios I wonder after how many days they would pose a health risk to patrons? On a different note I don't know how it is there but it is still cold and wet here, 58 degrees. Some things like my corn are growing pretty slow. Don't suppose I will be eating any of that this year!
