i didn't realize that there was a lawsuit in the works to get companies to 'come clean' about what exactly is in their cleaning products- but apparently, there is. sc johnson voluntarily complied and has a new website where they are going to list the ingredients of their products over a 3 year period.
an innovative approach to farming here in new york state- an organic dairy farmer in ghent, ny is offering a 6% return on a loan of $1,000 to anyone who wants to invest in organic dairy farms and their expansion. my personal thought is that one day soon- money will not make the world go 'round anymore and folks will go back to bartering. but i also think that he has the right idea.
