no duh. and the military commissions act of 2006 shredded habeus corpus. what's your point? we, the people, have been acutely aware of this for quite some time tom- and fyi- we doubt anything is going to get rolled back with the dems at the helm. power is just too- well, it' s too strong a narcotic.

That and giving Bush all the power he needed to take total control was the idea. It just kills me that some are just waking up and some never will but I think it is already too late.
