things that make me steamed

"On the fifth anniversary of President George W. Bush's invasion of Iraq, President Bush said he has no doubts about waging the unpopular war despite the "high cost in lives and treasure."

Vice President Dick Cheney had a different message. Informed during a Good Morning America interview broadcast Wednesday that two-thirds of Americans now think the war was not worth fighting, Cheney said: "So?"

"So you don't care what the American people think?" ABC's Martha Raddatz asked.

He added: "I think we cannot be blown off course by the fluctuations of the public opinion polls. There has in fact been fundamental change and transformation and improvement for the better. That's a huge accomplishment."

Cheney added that the economy was going through a "rough patch, there's no question about it."

The Vice President is in Oman. Today, he went fishing in the waters between Oman and Iran, borrowing the Sultan of Oman's 60-foot royal yacht."

(emphases mine)

Betmo,
It's so sad but true. The evil that men do lives after them.

If we pullled the troops out and gave Iraq half the money it would cost to keep them there, we could at least partially redeem ourselves.

I'm afraid the next president won't even do that.

I'm sorry, they piss me off! They don't care what we think as long as they rob our economy and get their own way. These wars are just beginning! Wait until Iran is attacked.
That was only part of the original plan and the reason Iraq was attacked. Those idiots brag how great this failure is going just to keep it going and people friggen believe it It's sickening!
Did you order any Gardening catalog's. They are free and fun to peruse!

Frustrations build over here to a level that sometimes, I feel like my head is going to explode. I suffer with you.

And don't think for a minute things are going to improve to any great degree November 8th.
