i wonder exactly why they needed to use pepper spray on a group of 60 whole people when they had so many police? hmmmm...... sending a message?
"Police originally discussed arresting the entire group, but most protesters peacefully walked back to campus. About 60 protesters were at the rally, police said.
Police from all over Broome County were summoned to the protest, which slowed traffic going eastbound on the Vestal Parkway."
