this is adam kokesh. he is a marine. he served in iraq. he is fulfilling his oath to his country.
"i do solemnly swear (or affirm) that i will support and defend the constitution of the united states of america against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that i will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that i will obey the orders of the president of the united states and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the uniform code of military justice. so help me god."
the same cannot be said of alberto gonzales.
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter,"

The Marine better follow orders, or his life will be ruined with a series of "I'm going to teach you a lesson, Boy!" tortures.
Alex? He's a politician. We don't expect them to tell the truth.
he has been honorably discharged- but he could still be in a world of shit.
I don't know how many people actually got to watch Gonzo at his best..er..worst in front of the Judicial comm. But I did..and I love that Marine! When Schumer was railing at Gonzo at the end of the hearing..abut how many times he said "I don't know" Cspan showed the marine and his scorecard..and I applauded my ass off!
I was going to make a really cool comment, but I don't recall.....
That photo is brilliant. It should go viral. I will be using it on my next post about Gonzo. The juxtaposition of oaths is a very nice talking point. "against all enemies foreign and domestic" - the chief domestic enemy of the Constitution is also the Commander in Chief - who is ignoring the similar oath that he took.
I love that tally sheet! Maybe I'll be the one to make the photo go viral...
