more attacks on the first amendment

coming on the heels of our fearless leader and his cohorts admitting that yes, indeed, we do have secret cia prisons- but only to house horrible ghost detainees that we only have his word for being terrorists- i got a head's up from a fellow blogger- jovial cynic over at new protest. here's the story on greg palast on his site- greg palast journalism and film.

this explains partially why journalists are reluctant to actually report. it is also one more assault on our first amendment rights.

As an Journalism student and aspiring Journalist, any attack on free speech really disturbs me, but, most things about Bush and his regime disturb me.

These are definitely dark days.

I admire the way Palast stood up to them (him)!

When this is all over (please let it be over), Greg Palast will be one of the remembered heros, just like we remember real heros of the past. Thanks Bet.
