Absolutely beautiful. To me, growing roses that actually live and bloom and look this great is an art form, and a gift given to the few who can actually grow roses.
Very nice. Today's hot rose tip. When cutting them (at an angle just above a 5 leave junction.) plunge them in water right away and recut at an angle UNDERWATER. This will allow the cut roses to last longer.
We had great roses last year, but this year it's just a dried up old bush. They didn't spring back like everyone said they would and if I had been paying attention, I might have nursed them in early spring.
Alas, gardening is hubby's job. The garden that he planted, last summer, on the other side of our yard looks great, even though only one of four different types of flowers started to grow back. The marigolds look tall and fabulous. I'll share pics with the blogosphere, shortly.

Cute roses Betmo. Its too hot and dry in my part of Australia to grow roses of that quality.
