at the same time that reports of reconstruction in iraq say that progress is being made, democratic senator joe biden is touting splitting iraq in 3 parts- shiite, sunni and kurd territories. i am all for splitting iraq into 3 territories- hell there can't be any more fighting than there already is- and we wouldn' t have to worry about a civil war. we would only have to focus on keeping the shia in line because the kurds keep to themselves and the sunnis, at least what we can tell by saddam's regime, are more secular. my only question is- if the reconstruction isn't going to be finished on the scale originally planned on- where's all of the money? oh, that's right, halliburton has it.
