i generally watch 'the daily show' with jon stewart and 'the colbert report' with stephen colbert- so i don't rightly remember which show it was on- but i remember thinking- "are they kidding?" apparently, there is some sort of essay contest that the military is sponsoring for ideas on how to combat the insurgency. now, i am hoping that it is all in good fun, and that they aren't doing this seriously. if they are serious, god help us all.
