ahhh..... the idea is to make bush the scapegoat thereby letting cheney and rumsfeld off of the hook. bush, possibly the stupidest and most pathetic 'president' in the history of america, will take the fall and the true power behind the throne- so to speak- cheney and rumsfeld and rove will all get a free pass to keep on living and doing. no honor among thieves, indeed.
