while i don't hold donohue in any great esteem- he had this to say about the man who is john mccain's new falwell:

"Calling Hagee a “bigot,” Donahue said the right-wing pastor has waged “an unrelenting war against the Catholic Church” by “calling it ‘The Great Whore,’ an ‘apostate church,’ the ‘anti-Christ,’ and a ‘false cult system.’”

geez- the rethuglicans are as out of step with mainstream as the dumbocrats.
