The part that has always perplexed me is how Americans could have thought that their futures were secure in the hands of a spoiled dilettante who has never known a moment of financial insecurity in his life.
George W. Bush knows nothing about the way most Americans live. Yet, this product of one of the wealthiest, most powerful families in America managed to sell himself as a "regular guy."
