I don't see how this executive order specifically outlaws speech against the Iraq war. However, if this order is used to block the Constitutional right of free speech, it will be up to the courts and/or Congress to challenge it.

America is no longer free, we have a self anointed dictator, who obviously has been ordained by Congress, and the passiveness of the American people.
