What would we all do without our "blankies?" Speaking of . . . Your recent post about relationships (and the comments following) was so enjoyable; much wisdom there and some lingering questions. Hope you will write more on the subject sometime. Thanks for writing that post; it was great.

I missed most of it, being down in Alabama for 6 weeks, but I got back in time for all the snow and plenty of cold wind. I'm glad it's finally melting!

Hi Bet-mo,
You an Eski-mo?

Heard about the 15 uk navy crew
'kidnapped' by the iranian revolutionary guard.
Apparently poodle Blair has asked his big bully friend Bush - if the US can invade Iran and get them back.
If it were not so seriously brain dead dangerous, I'd laugh & laugh

Cats and dogs gravitate towards those bankies and clean laundry. You survived!

it's actually mr. betmo sitting in his favorite chair- playing hours of video games. :)

for the first time since i was in high school- i am worried about nuclear war. just got done watching star trek VI- the undiscovered country- the future that is. our biggest enemy was the ussr- and we all worried about the nuclear war. i remember watching 'the day after' when i was a kid. when the berlin wall fell, i remember thinking that an era was over and that now we could all live in peace. little naive and a whole lotta optimistic as an 18 year old taking on the world.

now- i'm just sad.

Easy to see who has pride of place in your home. Hope you kept warm!

If Bush drops the nukes we'll all be warm! Cheers.

At least they have a room over their heads. I saw a lot of homeless folks on Toronto's streets this year. I did what I could - giving some food or money - but we all have to work harder together to keep folks from falling down to that level.

nah- i wear a sweater :) hubby snuggles up in the throw- and is then nice enough to fold it up again so that the cats don't get that one too! :)

I get the distinct impression your house is like mine - the cats own everything, and we ask permission to use it.:)

Our oldest cat always sleeps on my side of the bed, and when *I* want to go to bed, swats me when I try to move her!
