new in the blogosphere
thanks, first of all, to uncommon sense for first bring this to my attention: tom delay has a blog. yes, i am afraid so- and we should all be afraid- very afraid. yes, delay is joining michelle malkin, little green footballs, and newt gingrich on the web trying to capitalize and use the web as the democrats did so successfully. they are going to try to use it to smear and spread their version of facts- as they have been trying to do unsuccessfully for the last few years. maybe this will be the shot in the arm the right needs to get its feet back under it. the right leaning blogosphere that i have read from time to time must be taking the holiday season off- or perhaps its just this election season- i don't know. my thought is- they would be more successful if they dealt in real facts and not made up rhetoric and smear tactics. but hey- who am i to mess with what 'works' for them :)

I heard that DeLay had a blog up. But he got slammed because of the comments coming in. The now moderate the comments to keep out the truth. I did leave a comment. It has to be approved by an editor of course, so what I heard was right. This is what I wrote. Lets see if they dare to let something that is not praise get posted.
"On behalf of the Democratic Party, I would like to thank you so much Mr. DeLay for all you did to help us regain power. You were a great asset to us, and I am really thankful for all that you did. After turning against the Republican Party like I did, I needed that so much to remind me of why I left. It was not just Katrina, but everything else added up. Thanks so much for making a person that became a Marine and a Republican under Ronald Reagan "Cut and Run" from the corruption and inept leadership of the GOP. May GOD have mercy on your soul!
The Katrinacrat"
They may be better served selling used cars! Sheesh... (Or is it that we would be better served if they did?)
interesting; thanks for the heads up
(am looking forward to see if donnie's comment is posted)
Oh my goodness! So The Hammer has a blog, ay? Beautiful! I just checked it out a few moments ago! Does the man have ANY shame?? Apparently not. A message to Donnie McDaniel: Don't hold your breath waithin for them to publish that one, pal. The truth has never been high on Tom DeLay's list of priorities, if you know what I mean.
Cheers.

I, too, blogged on Delay's blog. What I would love to see is Cheney's blog. If it isn't shredded already.
When DeLay opened his blog, it has open comments for about 75 minutes. It was so bad, the comments are now moderated.
However, you can still read the comments at a special blog!
To the funny comments!
I liked this one the best:
"Everyone already assumes bloggers are unemployed losers... thanks for reinforcing that stereotype..."
