let's take some time

as another heated week of political stupidness winds down, i, for one, am worn out trying to keep up. as i have travelled around to different sites, i can feel the weariness. what i can suggest and what i plan to do is, take the weekend for the important stuff. travel to other folks blogs and connect as people. take the time to reconnect to folks on the outside of the blogosphere. we all need to recharge and reconnect to what really matters in our lives. i have heard that phrase many times lately too. please take the time and support some folks in their time of need: dave over at musings of a technonerd could use some love and support at this particulary difficult time for him and his family. i know that we all need some tlc- so let's get all lefty liberal and go out and give some group hugs. i have a feeling it will make us all feel better.

I will be out of town over the weekend, enjoying the splendors of Bobby Bittman's farm.

I purchased designer hip boots for the occasion.

BIG BIG BIG ENORMOUS LEFTY GROUP HUG FROM ME TO B AND ALL MY SISTERS AND BROTHERS ON THE LEFT. Aww, what the heck. Moderates need love, too.

A big hug to those in the middle, too. I am trying to think of another word, preferably cute and snappy, for them, but I am only getting bi-polar. That sounds negative.

Two-sided, two faced. nope also negative.

in the middle? too sexual, at least for my dirty mind.

hmmm.

Tweeners!!! I love it and I do not think the pre-teens for whom the term was coined, will mind.

Sorry to be so silly, b. Just need to blow off some silly steam....
