Look on the bright side - Later in your old age, you will be able to tell the younguns that you remember summers when it did not get over 110 degress.

Peace.

Good haiku.

Whewwweee! Hot is right. It has been a real scorcher in TN recently. My poor man is out doing construction in 100 degrees with humidity! Makes me look forward to a cool, crisp fall.

PS. I love sunflowers, they are so cheerful!! :o)

djeb- you have the advantage of knowing japanese- and thus 'real' haiku :)

as for the heat, it isn't as bad as it could be- just the humidity.

everyone- join the haiku if you want.

To steal a favorite:
It is hotter than a snakes ass in a wagon rut.

hot is right. the heat makes the buses break down in the city because they run the air conditioning too high sometimes and break down. and cars get over heated. the last few days the traffic has been a real bitch. finally got the ac working so at home I'm perfectly happy. :)
