well, it seems that the federal government is carrying on the proud american tradition of butt fucking the native americans. surprise, surprise they don't want to pay any reparations to tribes who have been trying for decades to prove a paper trail of lies, deceit and outright theft by the government. now, the government is using the paper trail to not pay what they owe. go figure.
