no livin' la vida loca in mexico after all

apparently, the folks in mexico bowed to political pressure and decided not to allow recreational drug use. never having taken anything that wasn't legal- i can't say that i think taking drugs of any kind is a good idea. i just can't figure out why they thought that this would fly in the first place.
