Tell me he is not running... I think he knows he cannot get any traction in the southern primaries without some political gains in the bible belt. It is a classic example of strange bedfellow-ing. Look at McCain,... it is the model espoused by Rove through back-channels; and hate him as you may, this Rove cat can count electoral seats like no-one can. Lastly, I dont think Reed is as bogey-man-ish as you would think. Even when he was rep-ing for the Christian coalition he was very pragmatic in what he did. REED is a guy to watch for in 2016.... he is moving up the food chain.
