civil liberties and christianity

in a strange twist of fate, i am actually in agreement with a group of crazy wingnuts. now, i suppose it is unfair to call them crazy, but work with me. they are opposing a national id card and so are civil liberties groups. with what the government wants to put on the card- and the reason behind them- i say-oppose it. this government has not earned the trust of it's citizens and this is one more step in eroding the constitution.
