in the true spirit of posting things that interest me and me wanting to share- i am posting a link to an amazing guy. many of you have probably already seen this but i know that when i am having a long day- i watch this and it picks me up. the fact that a human can have such a great time doing something that is difficult is inspiring. while i understand that he isn't curing cancer or stopping world hunger- he is uplifting spirits. and we can all use that from time to time. enjoy.
