yep- we are having a northeast winter for the first time in a long time. it's complete with rain, sleet, and we are supposed to get snow. right now the rain is moving into sleet and the roads are pretty slick.
and a big fat fyi to all of yous with suvs- and perhaps it's news to yous- nobody can stop on ice. i don't really give a rat's ass if you have 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive or whatever kind of drive- it isn't necessary to tailgate and speed in a winter weather advisory. we all want to get home alive- let alone safely. slow down and stop being stupid.

Sounds wonderful weather to me, Betmo. I haven't seen snow for years and I envy you the experience.
It rained here today and that was a blessing indeed.
