action alert

Senator Chris Dodd scored a huge victory when he threatened to filibuster the telecom bill that would have granted immunity to companies like AT&T and Verizon for their illegal wiretapping activity, but the fight is just starting.

Please sign up for the latest action alerts and join me, Glenn Greenwald, Jane Hamsher, Christy Hardin Smith and the folks at Firedoglake as we come together to hold the Bush administration and the telecos accountable for illegally spying on ordinary Americans.

Thank you!

The system is swiss cheese.
The tools of compromise have been
used at all levels. 30% of those incarcerated are wholly innocent,
in a country where 50% of homicides
are unsolved. You are losing your grip
on any chance of a real society. You
are supposed, even as livestock - to be treated with greater dignity. All database systems, all records computers have been hacked. Everybody is now "Ruth Marx" One of the main steps to acoid a lot of child fatalities is to make a drug screening and HIV mandatory for all school registrations. Screen second graders for drugs? Yes. Not pot. Rohypnol, Rufenal, Benzodiazepines and Barbiturates. Very important. Also,
a lot of kids entering schools at the older levels are 21 jump street in reverse - with fake papers.
