"Blue eyed and white", when taken in context, as referring to the group of bankers who are responsible for this crisis, refers to the bankers and Wall st., Geithner, Greenspan, AIG, Goldman Sachs, Lehmans etc etc.
Most likely, he wanted use another descripive phrase, but tactfully chose to be euphemistic.
No suprise that it didn`t make the MSM, which is also controlled by those who are "blue-eyed and white".
