i have an upper respiratory virus. sneezing, wheezing, runny nose, etc. feel like crap- will be back when i recover. thanks for all of the kind words- i will respond when i can. achooo....!!!!
I wondered what had happened; since we both have the flu, maybe it's those e-mails we've been sending (smile, we both caught the same bug via cyberspace).
Rest up; lots of fluids and good bed-rest - some music, and time to work on that quilt.....
thanks everyone :) i feel like i am dying- but it's a flaming headcold- which i hate. i generally get one of two reliable illnesses- an upper respiratory thing that settles in my head-- or the nastiest stomach flu ever. i am grateful that it's the former- trust me. :)
i generally have allergies to mildew but this is more severe- and it came on like a cold- so i am fairly certain that's what it is. haven't had one in a year or two- the neti pot provides such relief. i don't take medication until bedtime when i retire with an antihistamine and the vaporizer.
