thank you president carter

an unneccesary war

"I know from personal involvement that the devastating invasion of Gaza by Israel could easily have been avoided. "

truth always did get him in trouble. guess that's why he stood a bit away from the other liars-in-chief.

What is happening in Gaza is a massacre. The Israelis, using American arms, are slaughtering the Gazans, committing genocide.

American taxpayers' money is being used to kill Palestinian civilians, women, kids.

Most Americans appear to care little!

I can understand Carter's desire to not be a part of the group. Kind of surprised Barack stood between bush 1 & 2. Even after BUsh 2 snubbed him over using the Blair house while waiting to move in to the White House. I'm guessing any advice & tips old George gives him, will be flipped to the opposite. If Bush thinks it is a good diea, it must be bad.

i remember, maybe 25 yrs ago, jimmy carter sitting in front of a fireplace, nationally televised, talking about a 'national malaise'. even as a teen, i knew this was an uncommon man. a man of courage and insight. since that time, no matter how maligned, he has stood for truth. that recent picture of all the prez's standing together? did you notice how chummy and on top of each other they were - except for carter, standing a bit off to the side, as if to say "how is it i am among this fraternity of idiots"?.
