That drives me shit house. All we kept friggen hearing is how they kept doing updates and improvement. Those scum I guess they gave the money to their friends and put us further into debt for their wars!
Suspect that's by design...plausible deniability you know. "But your honor, the systems are just too old, too unreliable. We're never going to be able to get those emails out of these systems."
