You would think a Brit would see the American Reich implementing Orwellian totalitarianism.
Ignorance is strength, freedom is slavery, war is peace, the slogans of Big Brother, are standard Republican operating principles.
You know what...I think its taxes. All they have to do in their campaigns is throw around the idea of lowering taxes and Americans jump on it. No one wants to pay their taxes. I started noticing in the local political candidates ads that's all they say. "He's lowering taxes, he's raising taxes".... as if this is the only concerning issue.
Apathy has been sitting in the white house longer than anybody. Apathy just has a lot of costumes. There were less ways to vote for apathy than anybody else. The ONLY way you could vote for apathy was stay home.
And we did. In droves. For decades.
