yard work
spent some time outside today. i have been needing to rake up the dead grass and whatnot in my yard- i still have the fam's to do. have had to clean up dog poo twice already. somebody is going to get my rake up their ass if they don't clean up after their animals. sister is on the mend- crutching along on one crutch these days. another week off of work though. she is going to go nuts i am sure. busy again this week between fam, chores, yard work and working with hubby. spring has sprung into high gear and we are going full tilt. oh- did i mention home improvement that we still haven't done? painting before summer! enjoy the weekend.

there's something calming for me doing yard work - but mostly the type that ends in flowers or hummingbird plants. the rest? fey!
Oh, yard work. Yummy! Nothing like getting hands in the dirt. I am off to the beach for a walk in the sand, and to pick up plastic trash.

You are funny with the rake but I agree. What kills me is when I see a cat burying it in the garden. think about it! Anyway the time spent in the yard is the best and quality time for your soul. Have a nice weekend!
