Congress one term of two years.
Senate two terms limited too six years. Each term being three years.
After that they can no longer serve in any federal office in any capacity for the rest of there lives.
Then they go back into the general population and do whatever work they want too.
This way we the people get fresh faces each election cycle. No more life time of government freeloading.
