I never looked at it all in this context before. I wonder how much of it is accurate.

I read blogs from dawn to dusk. I have bought several books in the last year...yet, I haven't read a single one (all the way thru). SSG Dizzy on the other hand seems to devour a new book every single week. If I do read anything substantial, it's educational books on how to work with my kids, but no books just to relax. SSG Dizzy will probably read a whole lot more once he gets to Iraq in Dec.

I don't know why people don't read. I know I fall to the wayside, either because I am busy or tired, but I still read every know and then. Reading a book is not that hard. It takes almost no effort. I will also be watching the show on CNN "God's Warriors" I did a post on it you should read it.

I can't imagine not reading books. Even when I was still working, I read at least two a month. If there's only time for a good book, or this thing, this sucker's going down.:)

and those who said they never attend religious services read nearly twice as many as those who attend frequently.
That's one stat I'd bet the ranch on, that is accurate.

I read books. A lot of books. But I only read Science or Science Fiction- absolutely nothing else. I know it narrows me, but it has been my only interest/true love for knowledge since I was little. I've done OK so far though. :)

I've been reading books for as long as I can remember. I can't imagine not reading. My youngest doesn't read and I search for books that will turn him on.
