I totally agree with you. The internet is a very powerful organizing tool that allows us to share important, timely information on what's really going on in the world...And thank goodness! Without my daily blog reading list, I wouldn't have a clue as to what the real news was.

Just another way for them to take away the voice of reason and dissent.

methinks you should all move up here with me in Canada... :)

methinks that might not be a bad idea :) did you get your tattoo finished?

I'd say move to Australia - but around 90% of the Australian internet (and I suspect, Canada's) runs through servers in America. So this possible threat to internet freedom effects us all.

pete- you're welcome? i wish there was more we could do to stop this madness. hopefully our congress will start listening to the masses for a change. would be nice.

bet - Friday evening!! I'm so excited!! THEN, we get to finishing up the back piece...

Pete - there's gotta be servers elsewhere we could use (altho Blogger is Google is American - sigh)

Tell you what. I'LL move to Australia - just for the hell of it. :D

I went to congress.org and let my people (who were undecided and waffling) know how I feel. Thanks for the heads up.

Net Neutrality is a very important issue, and I have made a couple posts on this myself.

I think we would have a better chance of keeping the net neutral if the Democrats win control of at least one house on November. On the whole, they seem more opposed to AT&T and the others dastardly plans.

I just did a big long winded post on this betmo... :D You'll like it.

I just dont know if I like the idea of needing to order the "Delux" package to have open and free access to all the internet.
